The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) announced Saturday night it struck a Houthi missile storage facility in Yemen's capital, Sanaa, along with command and control centers in the area.
In a statement posted on X, CENTCOM said the strikes aimed to "disrupt and degrade Houthi operations, such as attacks against U.S. Navy warships and merchant vessels in the Southern Red Sea, Bab al-Mandeb, and Gulf of Aden." The operation also saw the downing of multiple Houthi drones and an anti-ship cruise missile.
