Anti-Israel demonstrators threw paint and eggs at participants in the Independence Day event organized by the Israeli Embassy in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon. Large police forces prevented the protesters from entering the event, where a band performed and diplomats, elected officials and politicians were present.
