President Reuven Rivlin on Monday, expressed his condolences to family of Esther Harun found murdered in a suspected terror attack near the West Bank settlement of Tal Menashe.
"A wonderful and productive life was taken by human beasts," he said. "I am certain our security forces will find the wretched murders and bring them to justice," Rivlin said.
