Netanyahu condemns settlers' attack of IDF commander

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday, condemned West Bank settlers who attacked the head of the IDF central command Major General Avi Bluth in an event in the West Bank city of Hebron on Friday. the IDF said a group of settlers trailed Bluth and other officers, blocked their exit and hurled abuse at them. It added that five rioters had been arrested but a court released all but one of them on Sunday. "All violence directed against IDF officers and soldiers must be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law," Netanyahu said in a statement.
