European Union foreign ministers will discuss establishing a common position on how to engage with Syria on the countries transformation process following the fall of Bashar Assad next Monday, France's foreign ministry spokesman said. Speaking at a regular news conference on Thursday, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Christophe Lemoine said at this stage, it was too early to discuss lifting sanctions imposed on the country. (
