Police: 2,044 fines handed out to people leaving home in violation of lockdown rules

Over the past 24 hours 2,044 fines were handed out to people who have left their homes in violation of the lockdown rules, Israel Police said Sunday morning.
Another 629 fines were handed over violation of mandatory face mask orders.
