Security forces arrested three members of a terrorist cell from Nablus that operated under the direction and funding of Hamas headquarters in Turkey to carry out shooting and bombing attacks against security forces in the West Bank, the Shin Bet reported Monday. As part of the investigation, an M16 weapon and tens of thousands of dollars in cash were seized.
