Egypt and Turkey condemn 'political assassinations' in region

Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel Atty and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Monday condemned "political assassinations" in the region.
Speaking at a joint press conference in Cairo, they called on the international community to work toward halting the war in Gaza and facilitating the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid. "The aggression in Gaza must stop," they said, discussing ongoing efforts by Egypt, Qatar and the United States to end the war.
