Syrian opposition says has taken control of major city near border with Iraq

Syrian opposition forces announced that they have taken control of "the entire city" of Al-Bukamal in eastern Syria, near the border with Iraq. Al-Bukamal is home to the main camp of Iraqi and Afghan Shiite militias loyal to Iran.
