The IDF intercepted three launches fired from Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, where the IDF currently is operating - out of a total of about five rockets fired following alerts that sounded in Sderot and the surrounding area. According to an IDF spokesman, the remaining rockets apparently exploded in open areas.
