Against the backdrop of the explosions of pagers and walkie-talkies in Lebanon, Defense Minister Yoav Galant spoke with U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, the Pentagon said overnight between Wednesday and Thursday, adding that the two "reviewed regional security developments".
