France's anti-terrorism prosecutor to investigate attacks on prisons

France's national anti-terrorism prosecutor's office said on Tuesday it had taken charge of the investigation into attacks on several French prisons overnight.
Several French prisons were attacked in response to government efforts to clamp down on drug trafficking, as authorities grapple with what they have called a "tsunami" of cocaine coming into the country.
