Israel on Sunday confirmed that authorities in the UAE identified a body found as missing Chabad emissary Rabbi Zvi Kogan. "His murder is an antisemitic act of terrorism and Israel will make every effort to bring those responsible to justice," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
