The suspect in a car-ramming attack near Hebron in the West Bank that left an Israeli soldier severely wounded and a civilian lightly injured has surrendered to Israeli security forces, the military said Saturday. The operation involved the IDF, Israel Police and the Shin Bet.
The incident occurred hours earlier when the assailant rammed his vehicle into a group of people, injuring the soldier and the civilian. A manhunt was launched, culminating in the suspect turning himself in, officials said.
