The IDF has come up with a security position for the return of the residents to Gaza border communities located from 0 to 4 kilometers from the border, in accordance with the assessment of the security situation and under the guidance of the political echelon. The return plan is formulated in a full dialogue between the commander of the Home Front Command, Major General Rafi Milo, with the heads of the local authorities, according to the IDF spokesperson. The decision on the timing of the return of each locality will be made individually, along with an assessment of the situation. The localities to which it is possible to return according to the plan: Zikim, Karmia, Yad Mordechai, Erez, Or HaNer, Sderot, Nir Am, Gavim, Mfalsim, Saad, Alumim, Reim, Magen, Nir Yitzchak, Shlomit, Neve and Bnei Netzer.
