More than 16 months into fighting a multi-front war, some soldiers still lack protective vests and helmets, according to David Rise, the founder and CEO of the Israel Magen Fund.
He told ILTV that he continues to receive calls from soldiers requesting these supplies and works with donors to help purchase and deliver them.
"It's a big mission still going on today," Rise said.
