Blair to Peretz: Help strengthen Abbas
British Prime Minister Tony Blair requested of Israel's Defense Minister Amir Peretz to help construct Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas' abilities in a meeting between the two.
During the meeting, Peretz presented to Blair the humanitarian aid Israel provides to the Palestinians. At the end of the meeting which included staff, the two went on for a long talk in private. (Ronny Sofer)
