A resident of Kiryat Malachi was arrested Wednesday for suspicion of sending call girls to the home of Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot CEO Eli Yones.
According to the local Mizrahi-Tefahot branch, the suspect, who is expected to be charged with harassment and intimidation, attempted to withdraw funds illegally, and became disgruntled when he was prevented from doing so.
The youngster reportedly called the bank more than a 100 times and demanded to speak with Yones, and when his request was denied he placed numerous calls to Yones' cell and home phones. Yones' wife and children were also harassed.
According to suspicions, the youngster, pretending to be Yones, sent two call girls to the CEO's home in Jerusalem, as well as dozens of pizzas.
Following his arrest the suspect presented a document stating that he allegedly suffers from a mental illness, but a psychiatric evaluation determined that he is fit to stand trial.
