Santana coming to Israel
Grammy Award-winning rocker adds Jaffa's Blumfield Stadium to upcoming summer tour
Rock musician and guitarist Carlos Santana will include Israel in his summer tour, the Yedioth Ahronoth daily reported Thursday.
Santana, who is wildly considered one of the world's greatest musicians, will take the stake at Jaffa's Blumfield Stadium in June, along with 10 backup musicians
The Grammy Award-winning performer will join a growing roster of A-listers who will be rocking Israeli audiences this summer: Beyoncé, Rihanna, Pixies, Elton John and U2 are also planning to include the Holy Land in their forthcoming tours.
Santana's performance in Israel was arranged by producer Shuki Weiss.
