PM Netanyahu: Sammy Ofer was a real Zionist
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his grief over the death of business tycoon Sami Ofer, who passed away at the age of 89 after battling a serious illness.
"Ofer contributed greatly to the Israeli public in the fields of health, arts and culture. He was a real Zionist," the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement. (Attila Somfalvi)
