Simulation: Viewpoint
Unaffected by housing protest: A foreign resident has purchased a duplex apartment in Gindi Holdings' Sarona project in Tel Aviv for NIS 36 million (about $10 million).
The apartment, measuring 600 square meters (6,500 square feet) in size, is located on the upper two floors of the western tower in the three-building complex.

It’s so big, so out of place, and so unrelentingly ugly that it offends you. Its 30-plus stories set among the four-story buildings below show its arrogance and say in no uncertain terms, 'Like me or hate me, F-you'
The Sarona complex is expected to include 324 four-room and five-room apartments, mini penthouses, penthouses and duplexes in three 31-story buildings.
Some 8,200 square meters (88,250 square feet) are planned for offices and 5,200 square meters (56,000) for commercial purposes. The project is slated to be completed in October 2014.
Gindi Holdings, founded in 2000, has built and initiated thousands of apartments in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area in recent years. The company's leading projects include the G Tel Aviv tower on Ibn Gvirol Street, the Gindi Heights towers in Ramat Gan and two neighborhoods in Petah Tikva.
