The Polish television industry appears to be quite fond of Israel:
After filming an episode of the local "So You Think You Can Dance" in the Holy Land, it's now the turn of Polish soap opera "Na dobre i na złe ("For Better and for Worse").
The television series' production plans to arrive in Israel in March to shoot two episodes of the successful soap opera. The planned filming locations include Ben-Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, Haifa and Akko.
The production's representatives and one of the scriptwriters are expected to tour Israel this week. Their visit is expected to affect the plot, most of which takes place at the Haifa Municipality building.
The Polish crew is receiving the assistance of an Israeli production company.
The Israeli Embassy in Poland and the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem are helping out with the project as part of efforts to rebrand Israel and improve its image in the world.
