Two Ramle youths accused of shooting off firecrackers during Tuesday evening's memorial siren have been released to house arrest.
The boys were reportedly on a rooftop at the time of the siren to celebrate a friend's return home from prison. As is common in such celebrations, the boys were using fireworks, which neighbors say they set off as the siren sounded. Police responded to the neighbors' complaints and arrested the two.
