Tel Aviv: 3 arrested in mass brawl at water park
Dozens took part in mass brawl for undisclosed reason creating general panic
Police arrested three east Jerusalem residents on suspicion of involvement in a mass brawl at the Meymadion water park in Tel Aviv.
No injuries were reported but witnesses said the brawl, which involved dozens, created great panic. Police are investigating the case.
"I saw dozens of people hitting each other," a witness, 18, said. "Security guards tried to separate them but without luck."
Another witness reported seeing a group looking for a fight. "Some of those involved also tried to hit one of the security guards."
Police eventually managed to stop the brawl but several suspects fled the scene. Activity at the park resumed shortly thereafter. Meymadion management refused to comment on the report.
