135 rockets fired at Israel Monday; 42 intercepted
Terrorists in Gaza fired 135 rockets at Israel on Monday. Sixty-seven of them exploded in Israeli territory, and another 42 were intercepted by the Iron Dome missile defense system.
Terrorists fired 1,147 rockets toward Israel since the beginning of Operation Pillar of Defense; 664 landed in Israeli territory and another 342 were intercepted. (Yoav Zitun)
