Police fire at stone throwers, Palestinian wounded

Border patrol officers of the Shomron regional council fired at Palestinians who threw stones at buses on Highway 5 near the area of Gitai Avisar between the settlements of Ariel and Barkan.

A Palestinian from the village of Haras that was injured by the gunfire was evacuated to the Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva for treatment and was later arrested. (Itay Blumenthal)
