High Court issues temporary injunction freezing Regulation Law
The High Court of Justice issued Thursday a temporary injunction against the Regulation Law, which seeks to legalize Israeli housing built illegally on Palestinian-owned lands in the West Bank.
The injunction stops the law from going into effect until the High Court rules on an appeal filed against it.
The state was ordered to submit its response to the appeal by the middle of October.
