Omar al-Abed, the terrorist who stabbed to death
three members of the Salomon family and wounded a fourth, is suspected of committing additional security offense with the help of a relative, the military prosecution said during a court hearing on Thursday.
In addition to the murder charges he is facing for the terror attack in Halamish, al-Abed is also suspected of conspiring to commit a crime and incitement.

Meanwhile, the terrorist's lawyer asked to shorten his detention period and file an indictment as soon as possible.
Al-Abed infiltrated the Salomon family home in the settlement of Neve Tzuf-Halamish on Friday night, July 21, while the family was having Shabbat dinner. He stabbed and killed Yosef, 70, and his two children Haya, 46, and Elad, 35. Yosef's wife, Tova, was wounded in the attack. Elad's wife, Michal, hid from the terrorist upstairs with her five children.
The IDF demolished the terrorist's home in the village of Kobar near Ramallah on Wednesday.
Michal Salomon said after learning of the house demolition that "Their home can be rebuilt, but my home has been destroyed forever," and called for capital punishment for the terrorist.
