Petition on Shabbat public transport agreed to be stricken
The High Court of Justice ordered the petition demanding public transportation on Shabbat be stricken, as agreed by both petitioners and the state.
The petition was stricken in order to allow petitioners to make an official request of the Ministry of Transportation.
Should the request be denied by the ministry, the petitioners may then approach the High Court again.
