Romanian tourist suspect of breaking into IDF base in Negev
A 67-year-old Romanian tourist was arrested on suspicion infiltrating an IDF base in the Negev. The tourist claimed he had even spent the night on the base.
Police said the tourist fled officers who recognized him and was later apprehended by cops.
The suspect claimed he wished to cross the border into Jordan, and was sent to psychiatric evaluation after being remanded.
