Palestinian trying to cross into Israel shot by Hamas, treated by IDF
A 23-year-old resident of Beit Lahia, who crossed the fence from the Gaza Strip to Israel, was shot by a Hamas force, wounded and treated by an IDF force.
He was then evacuated to Barzilai Medical Center in Ashkelon and is in a difficult condition.
The circumstances surrounding his crossing into Israeli territory are being investigated.
