IDF troops come under fire in two incidents in Ramallah area; none hurt
Unknown perpetrators opened fire at two IDF posts in the Ramallah area late Saturday night, and the army is investigating the suspicion the same terror cell is behind both shootings.
No one was hurt and no damage was caused in either incident.
The first incident was around 10:54pm at an IDF pillbox between the Palestinian city of Al-Bireh and the Israeli settlement of Psagot in the Binyamin area of the West Bank. Several bullet casings were found on the scene, and troops launched a search for the shooters.
Less than an hour later, troops at a post near the Beitunia crossing. Several bullet casings were found on the scene.
