Several hundred extremist Haredim protested at Kikar HaShabbat, blocking the junction to traffic for an hour.

The parents of the baby were arrested on Tuesday. The father's remand was extended by six days, while the mother will remain in custody for five more days.
The court accepted the police's request to perform an autopsy on the baby in order to learn the cause of death, prompting hundreds of Haredim to take to the streets.
The mother, who is suspected of committing a criminal offense, claimed she went into the Jacuzzi with the baby and he slipped from her hands and swallowed water. The baby's father was asleep at the time.
A gag order has been put on all other details of the investigation.
