Turkish PM on US-Russia relations: 'Acting like hoodlums in street fight'
Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım attacked both Russia and the United States for the deterioration of their relations following the attack on Syria.
"One says he has precise missiles, the other retorts that his are more precise. Come on, you cowards, launch them," Yıldırım said in an Istanbul speech.
"They're acting like hoodlums in a street fight, and civilians are paying the price," Yıldırım added.
