Israel Central Bureau of Statistics: 22% decrease in building starts

The Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (ICBS) has reported Tuesday a decrease of 22 percent in building starts over the past 12 months in comparison to last year.

The biggest decrease in building was noted in the West bank with a decrease of 50 percent, following with a decrease of 34 percent in the Haifa district and 30 percent decrease in the Jerusalem district.
