IDF launches inquiry into botched operation in Gaza

The IDF Spokesperson's Unit announced Tuesday that it launched an operational inquiry into the botched operations in Khan Yunis, Gaza, in which Lieutenant Lt. Col. M., 41, was killed.

It was also reported that IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot has appointed Maj. Gen. Nitzan Alon to head the inquiry and present its findings in the coming weeks.
