Warsaw ghetto uprising’s last fighter passes away at age 94
Simcha Rotem, the last fighter of the Warsaw ghetto uprising, passed away Saturday at the age of 94.
In 1942, Rotem joined the Jewish Combat Organization and during the revolt fought and served as a negotiator between the ghetto members and the so-called Aryan side.
