The demolished house in Yatta, near Hebron
IDF forces demolished Friday the home of 16-year-old Khalil Jabarin, who stabbed Ari Fuld to death four
months ago in Gush Etzion.
Jabarin, from the Palestinian village of Yatta near Hebron, stabbed Fuld, who fought back and even managed to shoot at his attacker before he collapsed. “My brother lived and died as a hero,” said Fuld’s brother Hilel after the event in September. Fuld was 45 and a father of four.
According to the IDF, during the demolition operation, several violent riots were instigated with the participation of dozens of Palestinians who hurled rocks at Israeli soldiers. The troops responded with riot dispersal means. No IDF injuries were reported.
GOC Central Command Major General Nadav Padan signed a demolition order for the house of the terrorist in December, after the terrorist family's appeal against the demolition was rejected.
“Zion cries and the land of Israel cries. Ari influenced thousands of people all over the world,” said Yonah, Fuld’s father, about his son, who was a known activist in hasbara (PR) for Israel around the world, during the funeral.
