Tivol buys American FoodTech company
Israeli food company Tivol, owned by Osem, has signed an agreement of purchase of the American food company FoodTech, for $20 million.
FoodTech develops and markets frozen meat substitutes sold in the US and Canada under the name "VeggiePatch". (Ynet)
