Alongside Cohen, other notable buyers in the luxury project include business mogul Eyal Waldman, who purchased multiple units on a single floor for NIS 50 million ($13.5 million), and superstar singer Noa Kirel, who bought an apartment for around NIS 10 million ($2.7 million).
The RAINBOW project consists of 480 units across six boutique buildings and a 39-story tower, featuring amenities like a rooftop, an Olympic-sized pool an adults-only pool, a business complex, yoga and spa facilities, a gym, cafes, children’s activity rooms and more.
Israel Canada, owned by Barak Rosen and Assi Tuchmaier, has sold 211 units in the project so far, totaling around NIS 1.9 billion ($513 million). The company began construction after securing the neighborhood's first building permit and plans to complete the project in approximately 4.5 years.

Recently, Israel Canada acquired an additional 1.1-acre plot from the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality, bringing its total holdings to around 3.2 acres. The expanded complex is set to include recreational facilities such as paddle courts, commercial spaces, landscaped areas and a business campus, creating a cohesive lifestyle destination.
Israel Canada originally secured the land for the project in a high-profile tender in August 2021 for NIS 1.307 billion ($352 million), including development costs.
