The property, owned by Israel Canada, is situated in the heart of the city’s business district near major transportation hubs, including light and heavy rail stations.
The showroom will be prominently positioned at the front of the Midtown complex, facing Menachem Begin Road. Design teams from Italy and the UK, who specialize in Tesla’s flagship projects worldwide, are involved in the planning, with millions of shekels earmarked for its development.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025, the showroom will feature a luxury lounge for customers and serve as the venue for launching Tesla’s new vehicle models. It will complement Tesla’s service and sales center in Netanya, which opened earlier this year on a 1.2-acre site in the city’s industrial zone.
Omer Levy, vice president of yielding assets at Israel Canada, said, "We welcome the signing of the agreement with Tesla Israel, bringing one of the world’s most powerful and innovative automotive brands to the heart of Tel Aviv."
He added, "This agreement reflects Israel Canada’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the Israeli economy by attracting international tenants who express confidence in our operations by establishing their permanent presence in our projects, such as Ernst & Young at Midtown Towers, Microsoft’s campus in Herzliya, Playtika’s offices, the Mercedes showroom, Wix’s campus and more."
