Israeli real estate group Israel Canada and electric vehicle giant Tesla have signed a 10-year lease agreement to establish Tesla’s first flagship showroom in Israel, located in Tel Aviv’s Midtown Towers, Ynet learned on Wednesday.
The property, owned by Israel Canada, is situated in the heart of the city’s business district near major transportation hubs, including light and heavy rail stations.

The showroom will be prominently positioned at the front of the Midtown complex, facing Menachem Begin Road. Design teams from Italy and the UK, who specialize in Tesla’s flagship projects worldwide, are involved in the planning, with millions of shekels earmarked for its development.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025, the showroom will feature a luxury lounge for customers and serve as the venue for launching Tesla’s new vehicle models. It will complement Tesla’s service and sales center in Netanya, which opened earlier this year on a 1.2-acre site in the city’s industrial zone.
