The Tel Aviv International Salon, Yedioth Ahronoth and Ynetnews hosted an event on Tuesday featuring Tal Shtainman, head of Israel at LinkedIn Talent Solutions. The event, part of the Salon’s new “Business Leaders Series,” attracted a large crowd of young professional English-speaking Olim eager to learn about LinkedIn, career development, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI).
Shtainman, who has led LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions since 2022, shared her expertise on leveraging AI tools for career growth in the Israeli market. She emphasized the transformative potential of AI in job searching, networking, and skills training. "AI is not just a buzzword," she explained. "It's a formidable tool that, when used correctly, can significantly enhance your career trajectory – especially in Israel."

The discussion highlighted LinkedIn's importance as a platform for career development, particularly for English-speaking Olim and early-stage hi-tech employees in Israel. Shtainman underscored LinkedIn's role in providing access to new and local job opportunities, as well as digital tools tailored to the Israeli market.

The Tel Aviv International Salon, the largest speakers’ forum in Israel, initiated its “Business Leader Series” to provide a platform for thought-provoking discussions and career development insights for Israel’s young professional Olim community.
Since its establishment in 2009, the Salon has welcomed numerous influential Israeli and global leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former prime minister Yair Lapid, former defense minister Benny Gantz, former CIA and Mossad chiefs, senior Israeli officials and global leaders, and media personalities such as Douglas Murray and Bari Weiss.
