Jeremy Allen White, known for his role in The Bear, has been cast to play Bruce Springsteen in the upcoming biopic Deliver Me from Nowhere, directed by Scott Cooper and based on Warren Zanes' book of the same name. He plans to do his own singing as Springsteen in the film, the actor revealed in a red carpet interview with Variety.
Allen plans on taking singing lessons. "We're gonna try our best," he told Variety.
