What you need for the cake
• 50 gr. dark chocolate broken into small pieces
• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 2 1/2 cups flower
• 2/3 cup cocoa powder
• 10 gr. baking powder
What you need for the cream
• 150 gr. dark chocolate broken to small pieces
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 tbs sugar
• 3 tbs cocoa powder
To prepare
Heat oven to 170°c (338°f)
Melt the chocolate using a Bain Marie pot or microwave to a smooth cream
In a bole put eggs, sugar, oil, water and the melted chocolate and mix. Add flower, cocoa powder and baking powder and pour into baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes and cool for 15 minutes
While the cake is baking put chocolate and oil in medium size pot and heat on low flame while stirring until you see a smooth cream. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix.
When the cake has cooled pour the cream. You can add more cocoa powder for added pleasure.
