The police reportedly discovered Crooks' obsession with Princess Kate after searching his home and cellphones, sources familiar with the investigation confirmed.
In addition to research he conducted on Trump and the Princess of Wales, Crooks also sought information on U.S. President Joe Biden, FBI Director Christopher Wray and United States Attorney General Merrick Garland. Kate was the only non-American in Crooks' search, and it remains unknown as to why he followed her.
