Ingredients:
- 8 filets of white fish
- 5-6 tomatoes
- 1-2 tbs. olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- Chopped coriander
- 6-7 chili peppers
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- Ground black pepper

Instructions:
- Heat over to 180° c (356° f)
- Pad down dry your filets
- Slice tomatoes to 1cm thick slices and place on the bottom of the baking tray with olive oil
- Cover with garlic and half the coriander, salt and pepper
- Place fish filets skin down
- Put chili peppers around the fish
- Cover with the rest of the coriander and add the wine
- Bake for 15 minutes
