Quick baked fish for a perfect weekend meal
What you need
8 filets of white fish
5-6 tomatoes
1-2 tbs. olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
Chopped coriander
6-7 chili peppers
1/2 cup dry white wine
For the sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves of garlic, diced
1 tsp. sweet paprika
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. salt
Ground black pepper
What to do
Heat over to 180° c (356° f)
Pad down dry your filets
Slice tomatoes to 1cm thick slices and place on the bottom of the baking tray with olive oil
Cover with garlic and half the coriander, salt and pepper
Place fish filets skin down
Put chili peppers around the fish
Cover with the rest of the coriander and add the wine
Bake for 15 minutes
