It's Friday so time for a spicy fish dish for our meal to welcome Shabbat.
4 Fish fillets, you can pick any kind you like
3 tablespoons of tomato paste
20 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons sweet paprika
2-3 tablespoons hot paprika
1/4 cup canola oil
Salt and pepper
1. Heat oil in a pan on a low flame, add both types of paprika and stir. Add crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste and stir. Add tomato paste and stir well, then add water.
2. Place fish fillets skin down and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Eat with bread to soak up the sauce and enjoy.
