A refreshing frozen delight for the last warm days before winter
What you need
750-milligram Cream
1 can of concentrated milk
1 tbs. instant coffee
2 tbs. boiling water
150 grams of dark chocolate
Meringue bits to serve
What to do
Place Meringue in pan
Whip the cream, add the milk and fold in
Pour a third of the cream over the meringue and put in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the instant coffee in boiling water and let cool and melt the chocolate.
Place the remaining cream in two bowls. Add the coffee to one and mix well, add the chocolate to the other and mix as well.
Add the cream with coffee to the meringue and cream and put in the freezer for another 15 minutes, then repeat with the cream and chocolate.
Now put back into the freezer for six hours at least, before serving with crushed meringue on the side.
