Quick meal for hot summer day

Using fresh vegetables to make a colorful light meal for the cook that cannot take the heat, in the kitchen in summer

A quick summer dish with the healthiest and most colorful veggies found at the market makes for a meal for champions. Take out your Wok and let's begin.
200 grams thinly sliced beef
2 Tbs sesame oil
Lightly boiled broccoli flowers
3 chopped stalks of green onion
Sprouts
1 zucchini
spinach
Juice from one lemon
Three finely chopped chili
5 Tbs soy sauce
Ginger
Garlic
Heat wok, add oil, add meat and brown on both sides, add garlic, ginger and chilies, and stir.
Add broccoli, spinach and zucchini then soy sauce and keep stirring on high flame, then soy sauce and keep stirring on high flame
Throw green onions on top, add lemon juice and serve.
