Ingredients (3-2 servings):
  • 1/2 package (250 grams) short pasta
  • 1 cup sliced button or portobello mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons dried wild mushrooms (or any favorite dried mushrooms)
  • 40 grams butter
  • Leaves from 1 sprig of basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2/3 cup (70 grams) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cooking or whipping cream
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a pot. Cover and cook for 15-18 minutes (reduce the heat slightly once it reaches a boil). Stir the contents of the pot well twice during cooking. If the sauce is too thick, add an additional 1/4 cup of water. Remove from heat, taste, and adjust seasoning. Serve.

Wonderful ingredients come together to create a flavorful dish. The cheese melts during cooking, transforming into a concentrated creamy sauce - it's simply marvelous.

Ingredients (3-2 servings):
  • 1/2 package (250 grams) short pasta
  • Approximately 250 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 purple onion, peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • Leaves from 1 sprig of oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 can (125 grams) feta cheese, diced
  • Approximately 1 1/3 cups (750 ml) water
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a pot. Cover and cook for 14-16 minutes (reduce the heat slightly once it reaches a boil). Stir the contents of the pot well twice during cooking. If the sauce becomes too thick, add an additional 1/4 cup of water. Remove from heat, taste, and adjust seasoning. Serve.

Gluten-free: Bean noodles in Asian sauce

My upgraded version of Mukbang. In this cooking method, the vegetables are perfectly steamed, and the sauce is excellent. You can vary and add vegetables according to taste.

Gluten-free: Bean noodles in Asian sauce

Ingredients (3-2 servings):
  • 1 package (250 grams) of bean noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cm ginger root, peeled and cut into thin sticks
  • 2 heaping tablespoons (about 40 grams) of peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk or cream
  • 3 cups (720 ml) water
  • 2 sprigs of green onion, chopped - white and green parts separated
  • Optional: 4 cm lemongrass, thinly sliced
  • Optional for serving: 1/3 cup roasted or fried peanuts
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients for the dish in a pot, including the white part of the green onion and lemongrass (if using). Cover and cook for 10-9 minutes (when it comes to a boil, reduce the heat slightly). Stir twice thoroughly during cooking. Remove from the heat, taste, and adjust the seasoning (add more soy sauce for saltiness if needed). Sprinkle the remaining green onion. If desired, add peanuts. Serve hot.

Gnocchi in cream sauce with smoked salmon

A super-quick and super-easy dish, perfect in one pot.

  • 100 grams smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 30 grams butter
  • 5 sprigs of dill, thinly chopped
  • 2/3 cup (70 grams) grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup (250 ml) cooking cream or whipping cream
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
  • Optional for serving: Chopped dill
